Karipap Daging Berlada

Kulit Karipap

Bahan

1/2 kg @ 5 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu besar minyak jagung @ sawit
2 sudu besar planta
1/2 sudu teh garam

215 ml air.

Cara

1) panaskan minyak dan planta
2) tuangkan ke dalam loyang berisi tepung
3) uli
4) tambah larutan garam sikit demi sikit
5) uli hingga lembut, masukkan ke dalam peti ais 30 minit

Inti karipap

Bahan

3 biji kentang
2 biji bawang besar
1/2 sudu teh lada hitam.
Sekeping daging hancur ramli

Cara

1) Tumis bawang besar
2) masukkan daging
3) masukkan ubi
4) masukkan lada
5) tapis minyak
