Bahan
Pisang 5 biji - lecek
Minyak jagung 1 cawan
Gula kastor 3/4 cawan
Telur 4 biji
Esen vanila 1 st
Esen pisang 1 st
Tepung kek 1 1/2 cawan
1) Putar minyak, gula dan telur hingga putih
2) Masukkan esen vanila, esen pisang dan pisang. Putar sekejap
3) Masukkan tepung kek yg diayak sikit demi sikit sambil kaup balik
4) Bakar pada suhu 170°C selama 20 minit. Turunkan suhu kepada 150°C hingga masak. Api atas bawah
